The Consignor acknowledges all items are being placed for sale on a consignment basis, under the following terms and conditions of this agreement with House of Curated Consignment, known here-after as Curated Consignment:
 

 

• Ensures that the item(s) will have no stains, holes, missing buttons, broken zippers, loose or torn hems and in good condition.
   

• The consignor understands that decisions regarding their drop off consignment merchandise will not be made on the spot. Curated Consignment will make decisions regarding all dropped off items and notify the consignor via email when any non selected items are ready for pick up if that is the option the consignor selected above, otherwise items not selected for the store will be donated.

• If you are notified of any item(s) ready for pick up, Curated Consignment may donate any items that have not been picked up within 14 days after notifying you by email.

• Consignors requesting payouts for their items must request a payout by email before 5:00pm on the 14th of the month. Payouts will be payable by e-transfer on the 15th of the month unless it lands on a weekend or holiday. In that case, you will be paid on our next open business day.

• Minimum payout is $50.00. - Payouts are 50% of the total cost of value at the time of sale.

 

• Consignors will accumulate credit in store on sold items.

Curated Consignment reserves the right to:

• Accept or decline merchandise at our discretion in line with the vision for the store.

• Determine the selling price of all items based on brand, condition, and trend.

• Process and display consigned merchandise at any location (which may vary.)

• Display consigned merchandise at any time and for any duration we deem appropriate.

• Change the price of items reflecting its time in the store.

• Contact the consignor to have their merchandise picked up if the items are removed from the sales floor for any reason (ie out of season, not selling at a discounted price) items not picked up after 14 days of email notification will be donated.

 

Drop offs are by appointment only. Please make sure you read and sign  the consigners agreement before bringing in your items. A consignor contract must be signed prior to or the same day as the first merchandise drop off.

Curated Consignment offers a 50/50 consignment percentage to its consignors. If at anytime the consignor would like to revoke this contract the consignor agrees to provide Curated
Consignment 14 days written notice to have their items removed from inventory and prepared for pick up.

Curated Consignment reserves the right to sell items on other platforms such as Instagram.
